We are seeking experienced, hard-working, and detail-oriented Lawn and Garden Maintenance Professionals to join our team. This role requires individuals who understand the value of time in our industry and can maintain the highest standards of lawn care while working efficiently. We are looking for someone who is happy to work on their own or in a team that has good customer service skills to be able to speak with clients when working solo.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and blowing
- Operate zero turn mowers with precision and efficiency
- Execute precise hedge trimming with an eye for detail
- Prune trees and trim plants, bushes, and other garden elements
- Conduct thorough weeding and weed spraying operations
- Handle on-the-spot basic equipment repairs when necessary
- Confidently tow and reverse trailers between job sites
- Perform basic garden maintenance tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
- Work effectively both individually and in a team environment
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional lawn maintenance experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Proven expertise in hedge trimming and detailed garden work (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience in laying turf (NOT ESSENTIAL BUT PREFERRED)
- Basic garden maintenance skills (ESSENTIAL)
- Excellent time management skills and understanding of efficiency
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot/fix equipment
- Experience towing and reversing trailers (ESSENTIAL)
- Hard-working, punctual, and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
