Customer Service All-Rounder
Are you a people person with great attention to detail? We are a tight-knit packaging business servicing the seafood industry based in Caloundra, and we’re looking for a reliable, customer-centric Customer Service All-Rounder to join our small, high-performing team long-term!
Our client relationships mean everything to us. In this role, no two days are the same, and you’ll be the friendly face and voice keeping our operations running smoothly.
The Role (Full-Time, Mon–Fri)
Customer Care: Assist a diverse range of walk-in customers and handle phone and email inquiries with a warm, helpful attitude.
Order Management: Track, manage, and actively follow up on order updates from start to finish.
Supplier Liaison: Communicate effectively with both local and overseas suppliers to ensure stock and orders stay on schedule.
Team Player: Jump in to help the small team wherever needed to keep our daily operations seamless.
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Reliability and a desire to settle into a stable, long-term position.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve on the fly.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
