Auto Parts Guys is looking for an experienced and switched on Automotive Parts Salesperson to join our team. This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be dealing directly with our trade, retail and wholesale customers, helping them find the right parts, putting together quotes and orders, answering the phones and keeping things moving when it gets busy.
What you'll be doing:
- Speaking with trade, retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
- Helping customers identify and source the correct automotive aftermarket parts
- Taking and processing orders and enquiries
- Handling multiple phone calls and customer enquiries at once
- Organising and creating daily driver runs
- Coordinating deliveries and making sure orders get where they need to go
- Working closely with our warehouse and delivery team
- Building strong relationships with our regular trade customers
What we're looking for:
- Automotive parts knowledge is essential
- Experience in automotive parts sales or the automotive industry
- Someone who can confidently talk to mechanics, workshops and retail customers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Comfortable handling multiple phone calls and enquiries at the same time
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
