As the Facilities Manager at Timbertop, you will play a key role in supporting a predominantly residential community, where infrastructure, safety, and daily operations are critical to the seamless delivery of academic, pastoral, and co-curricular life. On-site accommodation is not provided as part of this role.
In this role, you will work closely with staff, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality facilities management and asset performance outcomes. You will lead the planning and execution of maintenance, infrastructure, and asset strategies that ensure the campus operates efficiently, safely, and sustainably, supporting the needs of a diverse and dynamic community.

Developing the Timbertop Campus Asset Management Strategy, to deliver process improvement, upgrade programs, and long-term planning
Maintain and monitor the Asset Management Plan, including maintenance, renewals, upgrades, Essential Safety Measures (ESM), and risk management
Lead, supervise, and support the Facilities and Farm Team, fostering capability development and growth
Oversee contract performance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, industry standards, and Workplace Health & Safety requirements
