Cafe Manager – BAKE’D Punchbowl
BAKE’D Sydney is looking for an experienced and hands-on Cafe Manager to lead our team at our Punchbowl location.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, customer service and building a strong team.
About the Role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Lead, train and motivate the FOH team
- Manage staff rosters and labour costs
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Oversee coffee quality and service standards
- Manage stock, ordering and wastage
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and company procedures are followed
- Handle customer feedback professionally
- Support the business in achieving sales and profitability targets
About You
- Previous experience as a Cafe Manager or Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Coffee/barista experience preferred
- Confident managing a busy breakfast and lunch service
- Good understanding of rostering, labour and stock control
- Reliable, organised and hands-on
- Available to work weekends and public holidays
