Woombye Childcare Nature Kindergarten is looking for an experienced Diploma-qualified Educator or Early Childhood Teacher to join our small team.
We are an intentionally small, established service where children are known, heard and valued.
Our days move between our centre, Bush Kindy, Green House Farm and the Woombye community. Our educators work alongside children through inquiry, nature, visual arts, building, real work and long periods of uninterrupted play.
We are looking for someone who:
- genuinely enjoys being with children and is curious about their thinking
- can work confidently with children aged 2–5 years
- values relationships, small groups and meaningful interactions
- enjoys working outdoors and doesn't mind mud, creeks, farms and bush days
- understands that teaching isn't about filling every moment with an activity
- can contribute ideas, reflect on practice and work collaboratively
- holds an approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ECT qualification
- has Australian working rights
