Thrill Events is on the lookout for confident, skilled, outgoing staff to run adult team-based games and group activities in a dynamic setting!
Job Details:
Date: Thursday 30th July 2026
Time: 1.15pm - 4.45pm
or with preparation and set up from 12.30-5pm
Your Role will include:
- Welcome participants
- Confidently host team activities (details provided)
- Deliver clear instructions in a safe and engaging way
- Facilitate engaging team challenges with energy and professionalism
- Coordinate and organise support staff to ensure smooth event delivery
- Distribute and manage activity equipment
- Score and oversee activities
- Motivate participants and encourage engagement
- Maintain safety standards and follow protocols
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Confident public speaking and group engagement skills
- Strong communication and instruction-giving abilities
- Experience leading and delivering group activities
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate staff under time pressure
- Organisational / multitasking skills
- Energetic, positive and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm, responsive and safety-aware
- Comfortable facilitating physical, outdoor or active team activities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured run-sheets
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of instructors
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
Pay rate: from $40ph to $60ph all inclusive of super and gst
