PulseWeld Engineering Services operates at the cutting edge of metal manufacturing, specializing in air movement systems, pump process systems, conveyor systems, and high-quality metal components. We are seeking a motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team and contribute to the development of custom, semi-custom, and small-batch products. The ideal candidate will bring experience in welding and fabrication, with a focus on quality, precision, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks to support our various systems, including air movement, pumps, and conveyors.
- Work with a variety of materials and maintain a high level of craftsmanship.
- Collaborate within a small team, taking on both individual and team-based projects.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and in alignment with PulseWeld’s high standards.
- Contribute to the prototyping of new and innovative products, utilizing your technical proficiency.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication and welding
- MIG & TIG welding experience (preferred).
- Strong fabrication skills, with the ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings (preferred).
- Experience with fitting and assembly (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work with different material like stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot during production.
- Forklift license is a plus.

- This is a Full-Time role, 40 hours per week. Working hours 7am to 3.30 pm Monday - Friday
