We're seeking a talented Senior Town Planner to join our growing planning team and work alongside highly experienced industry professionals on a diverse range of rewarding projects.
In this role, you'll manage and deliver planning outcomes across a variety of developments, provide strategic advice to clients, and play a key role in supporting the continued success of our planning function. You'll build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while helping deliver projects that shape communities across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver planning projects across a diverse portfolio of developments.
- Prepare and coordinate planning reports, development applications and supporting documentation.
- Provide strategic planning advice to clients and identify opportunities or risks throughout the development process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders.
- Assess and negotiate complex planning matters to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Work closely with senior leaders and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
What you'll need
- Ideally 3-4+ years' experience working in a Town Planning environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning, Town Planning or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of the development application and planning approval process.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and understand client needs.
- Effective analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
