Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring for a Restaurant Manager, ideally with:
Strong wine knowledge and genuine passion for wine (Sommelier experience highly regarded)
A desire to lead a venue where wine, community and connection matter
A natural ability to build rapport with guests and create memorable experiences
Hands-on leadership style with a positive, supportive approach
The confidence to help shape service standards, systems and training
What You’ll Be Involved In
As part of the leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Develop and guide our wine and beverage offering
- Deliver warm, welcoming and knowledgeable service that guests remember
- Recruit, train and mentor a passionate FOH team
- Build a community-focused culture grounded in respect, fun and high standards
- Work closely with owners who value your ideas, input and expertise

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
