Blackstone Group is a leading facilities management company delivering security, cleaning, waste management, hygiene and property maintenance services across Perth. We're currently hiring both Security Officers and Security Team Leaders to join our growing team.
With sites available right across the Perth metro area — from Mandurah in the south to Yanchep in the north — we can offer shifts close to where you live, along with variety and flexibility across a range of locations and client sites.
About the roles:
- Static security across retail sites
- Access control, incident response and reporting
- Team Leaders: rostering support, on-site supervision, mentoring officers and acting as the key point of contact for clients
- Building strong relationships with site staff and the public
- Maintaining a safe, secure and professional presence at all times
What we're looking for:
- Current WA Security Officer licence
- Previous experience in a security role (leadership or supervisory experience for Team Leader positions)
- Current National Police Clearance
- First Aid certificate
- Full working rights in Australia
- Own reliable transport
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
- Availability for a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
