Impress Photography / Impress Studios is seeking a talented and detail-focused Multimedia Designer / Floorplan & Production Artist to join our Melbourne-based team in Hawthorn.
This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week from our Hawthorn studio and at client locations as required.
The role combines digital design, multimedia production, property floorplan creation and visual content preparation for the real estate and property marketing industry.
You will work closely with our photography and production team to create accurate, professional and presentation-ready visual material for our clients.

- Interpreting client briefs and working closely with the team to establish the creative direction, intended audience and desired outcome for each project.
- Exploring visual references, current design trends and project-specific requirements to help shape effective creative solutions.
- Turning initial ideas into clear and engaging design concepts across digital and multimedia formats.
- Creating visual treatments, layouts, graphics, mock-ups and presentation material to bring concepts to life.
- Collaborating with clients and internal team members to review ideas, respond to feedback and refine creative work through to approval.
- Making considered decisions around imagery, typography, colour, composition, motion and other visual elements to ensure each project is both functional and visually strong.
- Preparing polished, production-ready artwork and digital assets for use across a variety of platforms and formats.
- Working with photography, video and graphic content to produce cohesive multimedia material that meets the required creative standard.
- Managing projects through the production process, from concept development through to final output and delivery.
- Ensuring finished work is accurate, consistent and aligned with both client expectations and brand requirements.
- Maintaining well-organised project files, creative assets and completed work for easy future access.
Contributing new ideas, techniques and creative approaches to help continually improve the quality and style of our studio output.
Qualifications and experience
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
· A relevant qualification in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design or a related discipline.
· 1 year of relevant work experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital production, floorplan production or a related field.
· Demonstrated experience using relevant Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
· Strong digital design and visual presentation skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work.
· Strong organisational and time-management skills.
· The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience preparing floorplans, property marketing material, photography-related design work or similar visual content will be well regarded.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $810,000.00 per year
