We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Growth & Market Insights Manager to join our Member Services team.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, Partnerships and Market Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in helping the organisation make informed, evidence-based decisions that drive growth, improve customer value and unlock new commercial opportunities.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will combine market intelligence, customer insights, commercial analysis and project delivery expertise to identify opportunities and bring growth initiatives to life.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Membership, Acquisition, Policy, Events, Service Delivery and Committee for Melbourne to support growth priorities, partnership opportunities and proposition development.
In this role, you will:

Identify and evaluate growth opportunities using market, customer, member and commercial insights

Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and pipeline data to provide actionable recommendations

Design and coordinate growth initiatives from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation

Support business case development, commercial analysis and investment decisions

Strengthen CRM governance, data quality and pipeline visibility across the Growth function
-
Develop reporting and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into performance, opportunities and risks

Support partnership opportunities and cross-functional initiatives through practical analysis and stakeholder engagement
-
Track outcomes, measure success and continuously improve growth performance
About You
You are a curious, commercially focused professional who enjoys turning data and insights into action.
You will bring:

Experience in growth, commercial strategy, insights, market intelligence, partnerships, CRM, product marketing or a similar commercial environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide practical recommendations

Experience developing and delivering growth initiatives, business cases, commercial opportunities or go-to-market activities

Excellent commercial acumen and ability to assess opportunities through a customer, revenue and market lens

Experience working with CRM platforms, pipeline reporting and performance dashboards

Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Proven project delivery capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

A commitment to data quality, continuous improvement and evidence-based decision-making
Desirable:
