The Role:
We’re looking for an exceptional Lead Educator to lead our 2–3 year old studio and create an environment where children, families and educators can thrive together.
You will:

Inspire and guide your team, creating a space where both children and adults feel supported to grow, learn and flourish.

Design meaningful learning environments that spark curiosity, encourage exploration and expand young minds.

Champion every child’s rights, recognising and celebrating childhood as a vital and important stage of life.

Partner with families, honouring them as a child’s first and most important community.

Uphold excellence, embedding national early childhood principles and best practice into everything you do.
About You:
You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.
You also have:

An Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).

Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.

A commitment to child and cultural safety.

An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.

A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.
