We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team. We are a cafe based in Glen Waverley.
The ideal candidate should have:
At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a professional kitchen
Ability to prepare, cook and serve food quickly and efficiently with the key aim of high quality and efficiency
Knowledge of cost-effective menu planning
Create new menu for both lunch and dinner services
Maintain kitchen operations to a high standard
Should be friendly & approachable & have a good customer attitude
