In this role, you'll:
Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate functional and technical details into clear and actionable user stories, with defined acceptance criteria.
This role will see you design functional solutions, performing in-depth analysis, presenting tailored options that best meet company requirements.
You will play a pivotal role in relation to enhancing HR processes and systems, project based.
You will provide functional leadership, offering crucial guidance and testing, ensure the adoption of best practices within your area of expertise.

About you
You bring strong expertise in system configuration, implementation, and support, with a deep understanding of end to end HR processes and the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
You are a proactive problem solver and strong communicator, you collaborate effectively across teams, manage stakeholders with ease, and drive continuous improvement through innovative, high quality outcomes.
You bring 10+ years experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM, S/4HANA Human Resources, and SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Succession, and Development)
