We're looking for a talented Content Designer, CRM & Lifecycle to help shape meaningful customer experiences across every stage of the member journey. Working within our CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team, you'll create compelling, personalised content that drives acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and advocacy across direct marketing channels.

What will you do?
- Design and optimise customer communications across email, SMS, push notifications and other CRM channels as part of connected customer journeys.
- Develop personalised content tailored to customer lifecycle stage, behaviour and audience segments to support acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and growth.
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end customer journeys that drive engagement, conversion and member value.
- Use customer insights, behavioural data, testing and performance results to continuously optimise engagement, conversion and customer experience outcomes.
- Ensure all communications align with brand standards, customer needs and business objectives.
- Develop and execute content testing and optimisation activities, including subject lines, messaging, content structure and calls to action.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years' experience in content, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience creating content that drives engagement & conversion.
- Experience creating content as part of end-to-end customer journeys rather than standalone campaigns.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as health, insurance, financial services or banking will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience developing personalised and segmented communications.
- Strong editing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using performance data to optimise content outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Design, Journalism or a related discipline.
