We’re looking for an energetic and driven Area Manager to lead and inspire a loyal team, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience across multiple kiosk locations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of enthusiastic kiosk attendants to achieve their best
- Manage tri-weekly rosters using Deputy while balancing team needs and sales performance
- Ensure all kiosks maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Drive exceptional customer experiences and build strong customer loyalty
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect The Jerky Co brand
- Collaborate with management and retail teams to achieve business goals and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive attitude
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
✔ Strong organisational and time-management skills
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management or a similar role
✔ Experience with inventory control, merchandising and reporting
✔ Commitment to quality, safety and team culture
✔ Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Availability
This role requires availability Monday to Friday, with participation in a rotating weekend on-call roster shared with other managers.

Pay: $68,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
