Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist on a casual basis.
Our Occupational Therapists work within a supportive team of professionals, are passionate about providing the best quality care for patients and are committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.
Rotational Occupational Therapists gain experience in the following clinical areas: – Acute Medical, Rehabilitation, Mental Health and Orthopaedics/Surgical.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will meet the following selection criteria:

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritise a busy clinical caseload alongside associated administrative responsibilities within a hospital setting.

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to consider broader clinical implications and longer-term patient outcomes.

Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop client-centred, occupation-focused intervention plans in collaboration with patients, the multidisciplinary team, and consulting medical staff.
