About the opportunity
As a Project Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of critical transformation initiatives across Australia Post's Transport Management Solution (TMS) program. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you'll work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to provide governance, reporting, analysis and coordination support across the project lifecycle. Success in this role means delivering accurate insights, maintaining strong project controls and helping teams make informed decisions that keep programs on track and delivering value.
You’ll also
- Prepare and maintain governance artefacts, reporting packs, project documentation and performance dashboards.
- Monitor and analyse project performance, risks, issues, dependencies and financials to support effective decision-making.
- Coordinate project activities across business and technology teams, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
Support resource planning, onboarding activities, project administration and continuous improvement initiatives across the program.

About you
You're a highly organised and analytical professional who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex projects. You have strong attention to detail, thrive in fast-paced environments and can confidently manage competing priorities. A natural problem solver, you build strong relationships across teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders and take ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes. You're curious, proactive and always looking for ways to improve processes and performance.
You’ll also
- Experience supporting projects or programs within a complex business environment, ideally across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate information into meaningful insights.
- Experience using project management and business systems such as SharePoint, SAP, Microsoft Project, Power BI or similar platforms.
Relevant qualifications in Business, Project Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
