Bartender
Rick Shores is one of Australia’s most iconic beachfront restaurants, known for its award-winning modern Asian dining, oceanfront setting, and world-class service. We are seeking experienced and motivated bartenders to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for both our valued guests and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively within the team with day-to-day operations .
- Producing cocktails and beverages to a high standard within a high volume restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of quality, speed and service in a fast paced working environment.
- Work in all facets of the bar, following opening and closing procedures, restocking, inventory control, bar service and bar back support.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience with bartendering roles .
- Cocktail experience and knowledge.
- Able to maintain service expectations in a high volume bar.
