Housekeeping Room Attendant / Receptionist – Full Time

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Room Attendant / Receptionist to join our team in Surfers Paradise.
This is a dual-role position offering excellent career development opportunities within the hospitality and property management industry.
Role Overview
- 5 days per week primarily focused on housekeeping duties
- Cleaning guest rooms and apartments to a high standard
- Inspecting all cleaned rooms to ensure housekeeping standards are met before guest arrival
- Reporting maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly
When housekeeping duties are completed, the role will also include:
- Reception / Front Desk duties
- Assisting guests with check-in, enquiries, and day-to-day operations
- Handling emails, phone calls, and basic administration tasks
About You
- Previous housekeeping experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Hospitality or reception experience is an advantage
