We are a small independently owned wholesale food manufacturing business. Our products are hand made from scratch in small batches. We are customer driven, team focused and value consistency, craftsmanship and food safety. The kitchen team currently requires 2- 2 .5 people.
We are looking for someone to fill a hands-on roll to fulfill daily production needs which includes selecting and weighing ingredients (we do not use pre-mixes), monitoring ovens, ensuring consistency in products, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness. Must be confident with operating basic commercial equipment. We have standardized recipes to follow and provide guidance and training.
Production includes (but not limited to) sweet loaves, cookies, slices, sandwiches, sausage/savory rolls, muffins.
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
