We are looking for an experienced, committed and passionate Senior Hairdresser to join our friendly and professional salon team. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and a genuine passion for hairdressing and helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hairdressing services, including cutting, styling, colouring, foiling, balayage and other chemical services.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles, colours and treatments.
- Perform advanced colouring and corrective colour services where appropriate.
- Provide professional blow-drying, styling and finishing services.
- Maintain a high standard of client care and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
- Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques and products.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workstation and salon environment.
- Follow salon health, safety and hygiene procedures.
- Recommend appropriate professional haircare products and treatments to clients.
- Assist and support junior hairdressers and other team members when required.
- Contribute to a positive, professional and welcoming salon atmosphere.
- Manage appointments efficiently and maintain professional standards at all times.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant hairdressing qualifications and/or significant industry experience.
- At least 3–5 years’ experience as a qualified hairdresser, preferably in a busy salon environment.
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring, foiling, balayage and styling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Confidence in client consultations and recommending suitable services and products.
- A willingness to learn new techniques and continue developing professionally.
