Office Assistant ( $30 an hour.)
PDX Projects services they commercial and insurance sectors for Construction and Capital Works. With over 15 years of experience in the industry we are experiencing significant growth and need an office assistant to help with administrative tasks and to support the project team on a day to day basis with a variety of tasks.
looking for an all rounder with a great attitude and willingness to learn and grow with a dynamic and exciting business. Someone who loves a challenge and can handle changing environments.
Working in the Property Services industry the ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years experience in the work force and has appropriate skills to manage office 365, Xero and scheduling apps and a basic understanding of building services.
Ability to work in a autonomously and in a team environment is important. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.
Experience with accounting / Xero will be highly regarded.

Qualifications
- TAFE / Uni qualified in business, finance, real estate or equivalent field

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $52,170.15 – $65,000.00 per year
