About the Role
Hewitt is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead the end-to-end integration workstream for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation. Reporting to the Project Director - ERP, you will be responsible for ensuring integrations between D365, legacy systems, operational platforms, third-party applications and external partners are designed, delivered, tested and transitioned successfully. Working closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners and technical teams, you will play a critical role in delivering a secure, scalable and supportable ERP ecosystem that supports Hewitt's future operating model. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office. Given the highly collaborative nature of the ERP program, the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and project teams on-site five days per week.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the integration strategy, roadmap, standards and governance framework for the ERP program.
- Manage the end-to-end integration workstream, coordinating internal teams, vendors and implementation partners.
- Oversee solution design activities to ensure integrations are secure, scalable, resilient and aligned to enterprise architecture principles.
- Drive integration testing, reconciliation, defect management, cutover planning and go-live readiness.
- Establish sustainable support models, monitoring capabilities and operational processes to ensure post go-live success.
About You
You are a highly capable integration and ERP professional with a track record of delivering complex enterprise system implementations. You combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and can effectively coordinate diverse teams to achieve project outcomes. Comfortable operating in fast-paced transformation environments, you bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage risk while maintaining delivery momentum.
You Will Bring

Demonstrated experience leading integration, ERP delivery, enterprise systems or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management integration capabilities and Azure integration services.
- Expertise in integration architecture, APIs, middleware, data mapping, testing, reconciliation and production support.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors, implementation partners and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication, planning, governance and risk management skills, with relevant qualifications highly regarded.
