Join Shadforth, one of Queensland’s largest family-owned civil contractors with over 50 years in the industry. We’re looking for an experienced Tractor / Multi-Skilled Plant Operator to join our team working on a large-scale master planned community on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a varied operating role where you’ll spend approximately 2–3 days per week operating a tractor undertaking lime spreading, with the remainder of the week operating bulk earthworks machinery. With ongoing stages of work, this is a great opportunity to secure long-term, local work on the Sunshine Coast while operating a variety of machinery as part of an experienced crew.
About the Role:
- Operate 4WD tractors with discs, ploughs and bulk bin spreaders
- Undertake lime spreading, soil mixing and treatment works
- Operate rollers, articulated dump trucks and other bulk earthworks machinery as required
- Complete daily pre-starts, basic maintenance and equipment checks
- Support general bulk earthworks operations across the project
