The Role:
Would you like to use your sales expertise and customer relationship skills in a rewarding role, supporting people as they transition into a Residential Care Home?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join ACH Group on a full-time basis. Your role will be key to providing accurate and timely information to customers, while coordinating and administering customer admissions to residential care.
In addition to a competitive salary and access to generous not-for-profit salary packaging benefits, this role also includes a $12,000 annual car allowance, recognising the travel requirements of the position and supporting you to work effectively across multiple locations.
Total Remuneration Package: Up to $89,000 per annum, comprising a Base Salary of $77,000 plus a Motor Vehicle Allowance of $12,000 for employees who use their own vehicle as part of the role. You'll also have access to generous salary packaging benefits to help maximise your take-home pay.
Duties:
- Support a seamless and easy customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases
- Provide accurate and timely advice and support customers considering entry to residential services /moving into a residential care home
- Regularly liaise with the team/external stakeholders to place residents in a timely manner
- Deliver high levels of customer service by supporting the older person through a smooth transition to residential services whilst maintaining a customer centric sales approach
- Accountability for the integrity and ongoing maintenance of the waiting lists
About You!
A high level of competency and professionalism is expected in order to represent the ACH Group and it is imperative to maintain good relationships with residents and other stakeholders. You will have a strong customer service focus and demonstrate strong attention to detail. It is essential that you have outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build empathy and deal with a variety of people. You will also have strong organisational skills, be able to manage your time and prioritise your daily tasks.
- Experience delivery high levels of customer service or sale experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proactive and relationship oriented
Highly desired:
- Knowledge of current relevant legislation relating to resident contracts and agreements, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and the Aged Care Act
- Understanding of AN-ACC, ACAT and resident admission assessment process
As this role requires travel, please note that a current unrestricted Drivers Licence is a must.
A satisfactory police check for Aged Care, less than 12 months old must be provided prior to commencement.
