Cosmetic Doctor — New Doctor Led Clinic, Gold Coast
About the Opportunity
We're opening a new, doctor led aesthetic clinic on the Gold Coast, established by a high performing clinic with a genuine reputation for results. It's a true medical aesthetics clinic, built around deep clinical expertise and a comprehensive technology offering, led by doctors who want to practise at the top of their field.
You'll be joining an experienced clinic manager embedded on site to help shape the standard, a dedicated marketing and content team, and an ownership structure designed to reward doctors who want to genuinely build something long term, not simply occupy a role.
What's In It For You
- Base salary: $200,000 a year, along with a performance based bonus structure in place.

We're looking to add more technology as it hits the market, so you can keep offering the best outcomes for patients.
- Work within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team of doctors, experienced nurses, dermal therapists and dedicated support staff, delivering truly collaborative patient care.
- Hands on mentorship and support. The founding doctor will be on site regularly, working alongside you as you establish the clinic, not just training you, but sharing the clinical load. Our senior clinic manager will also be on site regularly during your first year to help embed our systems, treatment planning approach, and patient experience standard.
- Genuine training. Enhancing your ability with our full device stack, with specific technology and skills training from the lead doctor, regular training in consultation and presentation to patients, and a deep understanding of treatment combinations for optimal results, all while building a strong relationship with the local market.
- Marketing. An established in house ads, organic content, and patient acquisition team driving demand before and after launch.
What We're Looking For
- AHPRA registered doctor with genuine aesthetic medicine experience. Injectables essential, with experience in energy based devices (RF, laser) highly regarded. Laser use licence preferred.
- An ambitious, capable clinician still growing their career, hungry to build something rather than coast.
- Natural communicator who gains trust quickly with new patients.
