As part of this ongoing growth, we're seeking a Global Manager, ERP to lead a business-critical function supporting our worldwide operations and enterprise transformation agenda. What You’ll Do
As the Global Manager, ERP at Aristocrat, you will play a pivotal role in our IT function, leading both people and managers to deliver world-class solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Achieving department goals by managing team activities, planning, evaluating, and developing growth opportunities.
Driving operational excellence to improve performance, enhance value, reduce waste, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve key performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious and proven leader with the following qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, computer science, project management, engineering, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
At least five years of experience leading engineering or applications teams at a manager level or above.
At least eight years of experience managing engineering SAAS delivery projects.
At least 10 years of experience working with Microsoft D365 F&O.
Significant experience in configuring, developing and supporting Finance, GSC and Warehousing modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Recent experience coordinating a staff of 10-20 engineers, business analysts, system admins, and data analysts.
Demonstrated success in guiding innovation and deploying new technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative leadership style.
Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
High learning agility for the technical domain.
High emotional intelligence.
