LIFE IN THE ROLE
The primary purpose of this role is to install, assemble, test and maintain electrical services, equipment, appliances and fixtures throughout all of ATC’s Royal Randwick Racecourse Venue and to ensure electrical services and equipment are operational and safe for races meetings, events and functions.
Reporting to the Royal Randwick Facilities Supervisor there is a variety of exciting challenges with the opportunity to assist with key venue specific projects.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess

A current NSW Electrical license;
-
A Current Class C Driver’s license (minimum requirement);

A WorkCover Accredited Certificate (White Card);

Proven record of achievement working as a qualified electrician installing and repairing electrical services within a large facility, events venue or light commercial environment;

Exposure to a varied range of industries and experience in large entertainment venues would be advantageous;

The incumbent will require agility to work in confined spaces and be physically capable of manually lifting heavy objects;

Knowledge and understanding of WHS legislation, ATC policies & procedures.
