Metals trading and recycling transfer facility in St Marys requires yard operator to join the team. We are a small but dynamic used metals trading company, we collect and warehouse clean processed scrap metals and used lead acid batteries for interstate transport and export.
We are looking for a keen hands-on person who can load and unload trucks and load containers, prepare stock for transport as well as process paperwork and use an iPad to scan and record accurate weights and material types, attention to detail, common sense, numeracy and literacy as well as ability to use basic computer programmes are a must. We want a forward-thinking individual who is keen to learn, likes a challenge, is physically fit and extremely reliable. A Forklift licence is required. This is not a high bay pick and pack environment, it's fast paced and requires self-motivation.
