The Coogee Boathouse Eats & Sips is looking for experienced casual Bartenders and Front of House staff to join our team.
Set right on the Port Coogee Marina, we’re a busy, high-volume venue with a strong local following. The pace can be fast, the weekends can be hectic — but we like to have a good time while getting the job done.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for people who are confident working in a busy hospitality environment and can jump straight into the action.
You’ll need availability across lunches, dinners, weekends and public holidays, with approximately 20–35 hours available per week.
Our current trading includes:
Friday–Sunday: BreakfastMonday–Sunday: Lunch & Dinner
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar FOH or bar role within a busy, fast-paced venue
- Confident carrying multiple plates, running sections and providing great table service
- Bartenders comfortable working behind a busy bar and producing drinks efficiently
- Friendly, outgoing and genuinely good with people
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Able to stay calm and organised when service gets busy
- Strong work ethic without taking yourself too seriously
- Availability across weekends and public holidays
- Available to start immediately
- Current RSA required for bar/service roles
