Gathr is Sydney's first flexible workspace made just for health and wellness practitioners — think physios, PTs, aesthetics specialists, exercise physiologists, psychologists, & more. We're tucked into the mezzanine level of 309 George Street right in the CBD, and we give our practitioners gorgeous treatment rooms, consult rooms, and gym space to rent with zero lock-in contracts. We're growing now, and need someone awesome to help us run the show.
We've put a lot of love into making Gathr feel less like a corporate building and more like a space people actually enjoy showing up to — nice interiors, a great community of practitioners, and a genuinely welcoming vibe. As our front-of-house person, you're the first friendly face everyone sees.
What you'll be doing:
— Welcoming practitioners and their clients with genuine warmth, making sure they feel looked after from the moment they arrive
— Offering tea, water and a great first impression while clients wait
— Keeping the space immaculate...clubhouse, treatment rooms, consult rooms and gym always ready for the next session
— Handling inbound calls and some outbound follow up with warm leads
— Touring prospective members through the facility and having natural conversations about what Gathr offers
— Managing our social media presence — posting content, replying to DMs and comments, keeping our stories active and engaging
What we're looking for:
— Someone who is warm, professional and genuinely loves people
— A natural communicator who is equally comfortable on the phone and face to face
— Someone who takes pride in their environment and notices the details without being asked
— Light sales confidence — you don't need to be a closer, just someone who can have an authentic conversation about something they believe in
— Social media savvy — comfortable with Instagram and confident creating simple content on the fly
— Experience in hospitality, reception, wellness or sales is a bonus but not essential — we'll back the right person over the perfect resume every time
