We are seeking a professional and highly capable Technical Services Support person to strengthen our regional support structure and ensure technical excellence across our Lely Centre network. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high service standards, supporting technicians, and driving continuous improvement in system performance.
The Role
As Technical Services Support, you will be responsible for:

Providing advanced technical support and to Lely Centres and field technicians

Assisting with installation, commissioning, and optimisation of Lely robotic systems

Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues

Supporting system start-ups and performance optimisation on farm

Coaching and mentoring technicians to build service capability and consistency

Auditing installations to ensure compliance with Lely standards and specifications

Delivering structured feedback on system performance and improvement opportunities

Contributing to service planning and continuous improvement initiatives
