Your next career opportunity
In this role, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support to a leading public health department. You will coordinate resources, events and stakeholder engagement, enabling world-class research and teaching to thrive.
Coordinate meetings, seminars, conferences and travel logistics , ensuring details are accurate , timely and aligned with University processes.
Act as first point of contact for staff and students, advising on policies, procedures, expenses and approvals.
Maintain Centre resources, spaces and communications, including website content, office coordination and OHS-related inductions and documentation.
You may be a great fit if you:
Demonstrate experience supporting senior academic or research staff, including complex travel, meetings, committees and accurate records management.
Coordinate events, courses or forums end-to-end, from planning and promotion to logistics , registration and follow-up.
Use Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams and web content tools confidently, with capacity to learn new university systems.
