Job Description
As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable and memorable experience for every guest. With a strong eye for detail and pride in presentation, you’ll help maintain the high standards that define our resort.
This is a hands-on, active role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a supportive team, and making a real impact on the guest experience each day.
As a Heartist, you’ll bring genuine care and warmth to your work, helping guests feel relaxed, valued and at home throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to a high standard

Restock amenities and manage linen efficiently

Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly

Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations
