About Us:
Limestone Coast Brewing is a multi award winning brewery with a growing hospitality division, is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the operations of one of our flagship locations in Baldivis, WA. This venue offers award-winning local craft beers, mouthwatering food, and unbeatable vibes. We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Duty Manager to join our tight-knit team in ensuring the seamless running of our Front of House operations, while driving exceptional customer experiences and help shape our future!
What You’ll Do:
- Run the show during service, overseeing bar and floor operations with flair.
- Building relationships with our regular, local clientele.
- Hands on with Cocktail preparation, beer service, running food and leading by example.
- Serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Inspire and guide our front-of-house crew to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Handle opening/closing procedures, cash-ups, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Ensure RSA compliance and keep safety first, always.
- Keep stock levels in check, manage keg changes, and make our products pop.
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
- Manage staff levels to ensure cost effective delivery
Who You Are:
- A hospitality lover with a spark for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Positive, Hands On customer focused and solutions driven
- 3+ years of bar or hospitality experience, with a knack for leading by example.
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktail-making
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Holder of a current RSA Certificate and Approved Managers Card.
- A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and always ready to roll up your sleeves.

- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
