Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a creative, social-obsessed, and results-driven Social & Content Manager to take our digital presence across Australia & New Zealand to the next level.
About the Role
This is not your typical social role. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content, someone who can spot a trend before it peaks, create scroll-stopping videos, and turn insights into impact.
Think trending TikToks, fun campaign moments, BTS ‘Life at Benefit' magic, and everything in between.
As our Social & Content Manager , you’ll be both in front of the camera and behind owning and executing our social content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; leading everything from ideation to filming to editing and posting. Confidence in front of the camera and being the face of the brand is key.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Benefit shows up online, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through best-in-class content that is fun, bold, and unmistakably Benefit.
