What will you be doing?
- Store Opening Preparation & Acceptance — Complete store opening inspections and acceptance; fully implement pre- and post-opening preparations within the two-week window before and after launch to ensure a smooth opening.
- Operating Store Management — Oversee day-to-day operations of open stores within the assigned region; execute and complete monthly store visit plans.
- Store Evaluation & Corrective Action — Conduct comprehensive evaluations of store operations; promptly follow up on issues flagged by headquarters and drive corrective actions through to closure.
- Regional Performance Accountability — Take ownership of operational quality, key performance metrics, and overall business results for stores within the assigned region.
- Site Selection & Development — Lead site selection efforts within the assigned region; proactively maintain relationships with property owners and landlord leasing contacts to secure priority access to available locations.
- Site Assessment & Reporting — Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of prospective sites; manage the full site selection reporting and approval process.
- Commercial Negotiation & Contracting — Lead commercial negotiations with landlords for approved sites to secure optimal lease terms; oversee execution of the contract signing process.
- Store Build-Out & Project Management — Coordinate on-site inspections with construction teams, liaise with headquarters on design drawings, and track project progress across renovation, construction, and equipment installation.
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in coffee shops or chain-store operations is preferred
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills
- Must have full-time work rights (38 hours per week) and hold a valid work visa, permanent residency (PR), or Australian citizenship.
Pay: $72,000.00 per year
