We're looking for a Relationship & Client Support Officer to join our team and provide essential support to our Relationship Associates and Relationship Managers.

This is a varied role where you'll combine relationship support, stakeholder communication, CRM coordination, data management and campaign activity . You'll work closely with our Relationship, Marketing, Customer Relations and Sales teams to help deliver a great experience for our employer clients and their employees.

You'll play an important role in keeping our relationship teams organised, informed and connected with their clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting client relationships by helping Relationship Associates and Relationship Managers stay organised and prepared.
- Maintaining accurate client information across portfolios and territories, including employer contacts, workforce/FTE information and other key data.
- Keeping our CRM up to date , ensuring employer interactions, communications and contact information are recorded accurately.
- Coordinating inductions and orientations , including scheduling sessions and preparing the required materials and packs.
- Supporting employer communications and campaigns , working with Marketing and other internal teams to deliver social posts, digital assets and other communications.
- Working with internal teams across Marketing, Customer Relations and Sales to support client engagement and business objectives.
- Building positive relationships with employer contacts , helping ensure they receive responsive, professional and high-quality support.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, information and ways of working across the relationship team once you get your head around the role.
To be considered for this role you will have:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A high level of attention to detail and pride in getting things right.
- Experience working with CRM systems, databases or other business systems.
- A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine focus on creating positive experiences.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team while also taking ownership of your own work.
- The confidence to make decisions about priorities and where your time will have the greatest impact.
