The Role:
We have exciting positions available for a customer-focused and outgoing Baristas to represent Industry Beans at our venue in Fitzroy. These roles are a great opportunity for passionate and experienced baristas to further their experience with a specialty coffee roaster.
This role provides the opportunity to benefit from:
- Casual employment working across weekdays and weekends
- Working with an award-winning specialty coffee roaster with room to grow
- Operating a Premium Modbar, state of the art grinders and equipment
- Ongoing support and guidance from our Roasting teams and Head of Coffee
- The opportunity to attend cuppings, trainings & ongoing coffee education sessions
You will be perfect for this role if you have:
- A passion for specialty coffee & hospitality
- Exceptional barista skills (Latte art, troubleshooting, altering the grinder etc.)
- A strong work ethic with a strong customer focus
- Strong ability to work autonomously
- A fun and positive demeanour
- The ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers
