As the Head of People & Culture, you’ll be the driving force behind Pulse’s people strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a talented P&C team, you’ll design and deliver innovative HR initiatives that empower our people and strengthen our culture.
You’ll play a pivotal role on the senior executive leadership team, guiding the organisation in all facets of the employee life cycle. This is a role for someone who loves both strategy and hands ‑ on leadership — someone who can see the big picture while facilitating the P&C team building the systems and relationships that bring it to life.

What we’re looking for:
You’re a confident, people ‑ centred leader with a passion for building thriving workplaces. You will bring:
- Previous leadership experience in a HR role, overseeing and motivating your team to deliver.
- Strong business acumen and strategic capability.
- A deep knowledge of best practice HR and ability to impact workplace culture.
- Ability to influence and negotiate decision making at all levels of the organisation.
A general understanding of payroll operations and legislation in Australia.
