The Role
We're looking for a driven, high-energy Landscape Site Foreman who knows their craft and takes pride in leading from the front. You won't just be reading plans—you’ll be running your own sites, managing custom timber play structures, decking, paving, and softscapes, and setting the standard for quality.

What You’ll Do
- Lead & Deliver: Run your crew to complete custom, defect-free projects on time and on budget.
- Master the Craft: Construct high-end timber play structures, decking, stone, concrete, and planting elements.
- Own the Site: Keep a safe, sharp, and highly efficient work environment at all times.
- Set the Pace: Inspire your team through strong work ethic, effective delegation, and clear communication.
What You Bring
- Trade Qualification: Cert III in Landscape Construction, Carpentry, or Joinery (mandatory).
- Experience: 5+ years in landscape construction or carpentry, with 2+ years leading a team.
- Tickets & Credentials: Valid Driver’s Licence, White Card, and Working with Children Check.
- Skillset: Strong plan-reading abilities, basic computer skills, and deep expertise with timber, paving, and soils.
- Mindset: High motivation, sharp problem-solving skills, and a reputation for pulling top quality out of your crew.
Bonus Points:
- Playground construction experience or knowledge of Australian playground safety standards.
- LR/MR Truck licence.
- Excavator or Articulated Loader tickets (we will pay to get you ticketed if you don't have them).
