ABOUT CONDITIONED FOR FOOTBALL
Conditioned for Football is one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing private soccer development programs. We currently work with players from U7 through to senior football across our Bentleigh and Casey locations.
Our focus goes beyond winning matches. We aim to create professional, positive and challenging environments where young players can develop their technical ability, tactical understanding, confidence and love for the game.
Our coaches receive access to quality facilities, equipment, session-planning resources and support from our wider coaching and leadership team.
ABOUT THE ROLES
As a Head Coach, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions
- Managing the team on match days
- Creating a positive, professional and enjoyable environment
- Supporting the individual development of every player
- Communicating clearly with players, parents and C4F staff
- Completing player evaluations and development reports
- Following the C4F coaching framework and playing philosophy
- Maintaining strong standards around attendance, presentation and work ethic
- Working collaboratively with the wider C4F coaching team
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for coaches who:
- Are passionate about developing young players
- Are reliable, organised and committed for the full season
- Communicate confidently with players, parents and staff
- Can create an enjoyable environment while maintaining high standards
- Have previous coaching or playing experience
- Hold, or are currently working towards, a recognised coaching qualification
- Have a valid Working with Children Check or are willing to obtain one
OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW
C4F is continuing to expand, and there are genuine opportunities for the right coaches to grow within the organisation.
Additional opportunities may include private coaching, small-group sessions, holiday programs, specialist development sessions, coach education and future leadership roles.
Each position also includes the opportunity to earn additional performance bonuses throughout the season.
