Ready to Love Where You Work?
Are you an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner looking for a role where your clinical expertise is genuinely valued?
Do you want the autonomy to do great clinical work, while being part of a team that has your back?
Are you looking for a workplace where you can build on your experience, work collaboratively with other clinicians, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people you support?
Then we’d love to meet you.
At InMotion Therapy & Supports, we’re growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Narellan.
If you’re confident in your clinical skills, passionate about neuroaffirming practice, and motivated by seeing meaningful change for participants and their support networks, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
About InMotion Therapy & Supports
InMotion Therapy & Supports is a well-established multidisciplinary practice supporting children, adolescents and adults with disability and diverse developmental and health needs.
We believe great behaviour support starts with understanding the person — not simply the behaviour.
Our approach is person-centred, neuroaffirming, evidence-informed and focused on building quality of life, independence and meaningful participation.
Our multidisciplinary services include:
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Pathology
- Psychology
- Behaviour Support
- Support Coordination
Our Narellan team values clinical excellence, collaboration, professional growth and genuine relationships with the people we support.
About the Role
This is a community-based clinical role where you’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse caseload of children, adolescents and adults in their homes, schools, supported accommodation and community environments across Southwest Sydney.
As an experienced BSP, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload and use your clinical judgement to develop practical, individualised supports that create meaningful outcomes.
Your role will include:
- Conducting comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments
- Developing, implementing and reviewing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Working collaboratively with participants, families, carers and support teams
- Conducting observations, gathering information and analysing behavioural data
- Identifying the function, context and environmental factors influencing behaviour
- Developing proactive, skill-building and quality-of-life focused strategies
- Supporting implementation of Behaviour Support Plans across a participant’s support network
- Completing risk assessments and developing appropriate risk management strategies
- Working within the NDIS Behaviour Support framework and relevant legislative requirements
- Monitoring outcomes and using data to guide clinical decision-making
- Working collaboratively with our OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology and Support Coordination teams
- Supporting the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices where applicable
- Building the capability and confidence of families and support teams
You’ll have the clinical autonomy to do your job well , without feeling like you’re doing it alone.
You’ll be supported by experienced BSPs, structured clinical supervision, regular team training and a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration and shared problem-solving.
Why Join InMotion?
We want our practitioners to love where they work.

- Kilometre reimbursement in addition to your salary
- Generous bonus program with no cap on your earning potential
- Professional development allowance

The InMotion Difference
We’re not interested in creating a workplace where clinicians feel like they’re just working through a caseload.
We want you to have a career.
A career where your experience is recognised, your clinical opinions are valued, your professional development is supported and you can see the difference your work makes.
If you’re an experienced BSP who wants clinical autonomy, meaningful work, great colleagues and a workplace that genuinely invests in its people, we’d love to hear from you.
Come join a team that’s moving forward, together.
