We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Educator to join our welcoming and supportive team in a permanent part-time position. As a Lead Educator, you will:
- Inspire and guide children through meaningful learning experiences.
- Support the implementation of our Lifelong Learning Curriculum.
- Lead by example and mentor fellow educators within the room.
- Build strong relationships with families, children, and the wider community.
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing young minds.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality educational outcomes.
