We are looking for an experienced energetic live in couple to manage one of our complexes situated at Coombabah.
This is a dual role that requires a capable gardener to manage and work the grounds including the pool and recreational area that consist of two BBQs and tennis court.
As a couple you will bring experience in managing the complex and rental role of 80 properties between two complexes with support from the rentals, maintenance and administration teams. Your week will be split working three days a week onsite and two days working with the rentals team at our complex at Bundall two days a week.
The Rentals requires you to,
- Deal with investors and tenants.
- Lease renewals, inspections and tenant reviews.
- Organising various inspections onsite.
- Working with the maintenance team to coordinating maintenance.
- Assisting with committee requirements in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
- Attend Body Corporate meetings if required
- EOM and Trust accounting.
We ask that you are competent in:
- DocuSign and Realworx.
- REI Master or similar.
- Have a solid understanding of real estate legislation, ethics, and industry standards
- Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in the property management industry.
Your package includes all necessary equipment, various uniforms, business card, mobile phone, work ute and a large separate house onsite that includes a three-bedroom, two bathroom and two car garage with plenty of additional parking for at least another 3 cars.
The business currently manages four complexes on the coast and employs a total of 18 staff including grounds, maintenance, administration and residential letting.
