We are seeking an experienced Allocator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating trucks, machinery, operators, and daily job requirements to ensure our projects run efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and schedule trucks, plant, and operators across multiple jobs
- Coordinate daily operations and communicate schedules to drivers and crews
- Liaise with project managers, supervisors, clients, and subcontractors
- Monitor fleet availability, job progress, and operational requirements
- Manage changes, priorities, and last-minute scheduling requests
- Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and allocation details
About You
- Previous experience in allocation, transport coordination, scheduling, or operations
- Experience in demolition, excavation, civil construction, earthworks, or truck hire preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
