Dermal / Skin Therapist
Revive Beauty Clinic in Padstow is looking for a dermal or skin therapist to join our small, close knit team. We are a results driven skin clinic, not a quick facial shop. Our clients come to us because they want real, visible change in their skin, and they stay with us because we deliver it.
We have recently invested heavily in our treatment rooms. Our equipment includes the Hirex HIFU for non surgical skin tightening, the Scan X Pro D skin analysis system, and the Veltrix 1 medical grade 8 in 1 laser platform. If you enjoy working with advanced technology and want to genuinely build your skills rather than repeat the same treatment all day, there is a lot here for you.
What you will be doing
- Consulting with clients, analysing their skin and building treatment plans they can commit to
- Performing HIFU, laser and light based treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, enzyme therapy and advanced facials
- Using the Scan X Pro D to track client progress and show visible results over time
- Recommending home care and professional products that support what you do in the treatment room
- Keeping accurate treatment notes, consent forms and before and after records
- Maintaining a spotless, well presented and fully stocked treatment room
- Helping clients rebook and stay consistent with their plan
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods and contributing to the general running of the clinic
What we are looking for
- Cert IV in Beauty Therapy, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or a Bachelor of Dermal Science
- DMK training or knowledge is highly regarded
- Laser safety certification, or the willingness to obtain it
- Experience with advanced skin treatments and devices is preferred, though we will train the right person
- Strong understanding of skin conditions including pigmentation, acne, rosacea and ageing
- A can do attitude and genuine motivation. We want someone who takes initiative, asks questions and wants to grow with the clinic
- Warm, professional manner with real care for client outcomes
- Comfortable recommending products and treatments as part of a plan, not as a hard sell
- Reliable, punctual and happy working in a small team
- Current insurance and the right to work in Australia

Pay: $27.26 – $43.33 per hour
